Representative LeDoux moved and asked unanimous consent to

      SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 289(FIN) am S                                                                                
      "An Act relating to the membership of the Board of Barbers and                                                            
      Hairdressers; relating to the practice of optometry; prohibiting                                                          
      smoking in certain places; relating to education on the smoking                                                           
      prohibition; and providing for an effective date."
